A local presence
Our medical center has been established in the neighborhood since 2004. We carry out public health initiatives and community projects to meet the real needs of our patients and improve access to healthcare for all.
The non-profit system
We work within a fixed-fee financing model (INAMI): your mutual insurance company pays a fixed monthly sum which covers your care at our center (medical consultations, nursing care, physiotherapy).
There are two possible options for getting started:

Option 1 - Trial period (3 months)
For 3 months, you are reimbursed on a fee-for-service basis. You can continue to consult your usual doctors without any exclusive commitment. -
Option 2 - Package registration
You pay nothing for each visit. All treatments are covered at our center, with no advance payment
Freedom and flexibility:
Registration is never definitive. You can unsubscribe at any time, with effect from the end of the month. Whatever you decide, we'll support you with transparency.

Founded in 2004 by Dr Faouzia Hassouni, the Palais Medical Center brings together healthcare professionals driven by shared values: accessibility, proximity, respect and social justice.

Frequently asked questions
Registration takes place directly on-site. All you need to do is go to the medical center with your ID card to fill in a registration form and meet our reception team, who will explain how things work and answer any questions you may have. We'll also guide you through the administrative formalities, if needed.
The system covers most of the medical, nursing and physiotherapeutic treatments, as well as certain preventive and wellness services. However, some specific treatments or medical procedures may not be included. If this is the case, our team will inform you prior to any interventions.
If you are unable to be physically present, we can organize home care, depending on your needs and the availability of professionals. Don't hesitate to discuss your requirements with our reception team, who will be able to point you in the right direction.
If you wish to transfer to another medical center, you must first unregister with our team. We will provide you with all the information you need to make the transition to another medical center as smooth as possible.
Yes, we offer care for all ages. Our general practitioners and nursing staff are trained to care for children, adults and the elderly. We also offer specific preventive actions for seniors, as well as adapted activities for families.
Yes, we guarantee the confidentiality of your health information. All consultations take place in a secure environment that respects your privacy, in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data.
