What is a medical center?
A medical center is not only a primary care facility, but also a genuine community health space. It offers much more than medical care: it's a place where people are welcomed, listened to and supported in all aspects of health - physical, mental and social.
Our vision is centered on the individual. We believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but also prevention, health education and the forging of social links. That's why we work as a multidisciplinary team: GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, carers, social workers, and so on. Together, we coordinate care to offer you comprehensive, personalized and humane care.
Medical centers are also rooted in their local communities. They develop collective actions and public health projects that meet the specific needs of their community. They promote access to healthcare for all, without discrimination.
The non-profit system
Our medical center operates via a non-profit system, recognized and supported by the INAMI (Institut national d'assurance maladie-invalidité). This approach aims to improve access to care, while promoting the importance of prevention and ongoing follow-up.
In other words, once you register at our center, you no longer have to pay for each individual consultation. We receive a fixed monthly sum from your mutual insurance company, which covers all the medical, nursing and physiotherapeutic care you receive here.
This system offers several benefits :
- No fee-for-service : you no longer have to pay after each visit..
- Easy follow-up : you can consult anytime without hesitating, which encourages prevention and better monitoring of your health.
- A mutual commitment : by registering, you choose our team as your reference for care. In return, we are committed to providing you with long-term support, with availability and respect.
It is always possible to unregister if you wish to change centers, but as long as you are registered, you are committed to only consulting us for treatments covered by the system.
Who are we?
We are a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals committed to a humane, supportive and accessible approach to healthcare. Founded in 2004 by Dr Faouzia Hassouni, our organization was born out of a strong desire to make healthcare accessible to all, in a context of proximity, respect and social justice. Each member of the team puts their skills at work for a common goal: to take care of you at every stage of your life.
Our team is made up of :
- General practitioners : for diagnosis, follow-up and care coordination.
- Nurses : for diagnosis, follow-up and care coordination.
- Physiotherapists : for rehabilitation, pain relief, mobility and physical well-being.
- Receptionists : to welcome and guide you in order to build a relationship of trust from the moment you arrive.
All of us work together and are in a constant dialogue to ensure that every patient benefits from coherent and high-quality care. We believe in community-based medicine, centred on the individual and rooted in local life.

The system covers most of the medical, nursing and physiotherapeutic treatments, as well as certain preventive and wellness services. However, some specific treatments or medical procedures may not be included. If this is the case, our team will inform you prior to any interventions.
If you are unable to be physically present, we can organize home care, depending on your needs and the availability of professionals. Don't hesitate to discuss your requirements with our reception team, who will be able to point you in the right direction.
